Our own Lucy Parsons is a British Champion! She took the Gold Medal in the 1500m at the British Summer Championships in the 16 year old age group in Sheffield at the end of July.

The Lancashire County Championships were held over 3 weekends in Janury and February at Liverpool Aquatics Centre.

The North West Region Long Course (Summer) Championships are being held at Liverpool Aquatics Center on the weekends of 26/27 March, 23/24 April, 30 April/1 May.

Bridgefield SC hosted Prescot's first Merseyside & District League gala of the season. We ran out clear winners - 1st Prescot (244 points), 2nd Garston (222), 3rd Bridgefield (205), 4th Liverpool Penguin (152), 5th Formby (126), 6th Woodchurch (87)

A very successful County Championships for Prescot resulted in 7 titles for the club's swimmers plus numerous 2nd and 3rd places. It is an acheivement to just qualify for these events so many congratulations to all those who swam.

A great performance in the Arena final saw Prescot gain promotion to the Premier League, finishing in 2nd place to a very strong Crosby team. After 3 trips to Kendal in 2 months this guarantees trips to Blackpool or Macclesfield next season.
Many Congratulations to the Prescot Swimmers who have qualified for the British Swimming Summer Championships and English National Summer Meet at the end of July.
The British Swimming Summer Championships is being held in Glasgow from Tues 23 July to Sun 28 July.
Toby Hill has qualified for the 100m Freestyle, 50m, 100m, 200m Backstroke and 50m, 100m Butterfly. Neil Wylie for the 50m, 100m Freestyle and the 50m, 100m Backstroke. Daniel Clark has qualified for the 50m Backstroke.
The Swim England National Summer Meet 2019 takes place at Ponds Forge, Sheffield from 31 July to 4 August 2019 and will be streamed live here during the competition.
Prescot qualifiers are: Toby Hill - 50 Freestyle, Daniel Clark - 100m Backstroke, Neil Wylie - 200m Freestyle, 200m Individual Medley, Katie Rawnsley - 200m Freestyle, 50m Breaststroke.
| A week after the Club Championships a small but determined team of Prescot swimmers returned to Knowsley Leisure & Culture Park
for the Southport Summer Sprint Finale.
