If the equivalent time cannot be read directly off the table then the equivalent time (to the nearest 10th of a second can be found.

  1. Enter the recorded time below (in AT field) in either mm:ss.s or ss.s format
  2. Find the times slower and faster from the actual pool length column and enter them in the TF and TS boxes
  3. On the same row of the table find the times slower and faster from the actual pool length column and enter them in the RF and RS boxes
  4. The equivalent time is shown
